About NorthStar
Our philosophy is to take control of a roofing project from its inception through to the completion, and handle all aspects of the project in house. This hands on approach allows us to effectively control the quality of the installation and the products used as well as the cost of the project, therefore resulting in a superior cost effective solution for a customer's roofing needs.
Who we are
Meet Our Team
Ryan Dill – President of NorthStar with over 15 years’ experience in estimating and project management specific to the commercial roofing industry. Ryan has a degree in Construction Management and completed the Future Executive Institute program in 2018 through NRCA.
John La Stella – Founder/Vice President with over 40 years’ experience in commercial roofing operations. John started NorthStar in 1992 and grew the business to what it is today.
Todd Rotti – Vice President with over 30 years’ experience in estimating and project management in the commercial roofing industry. Todd brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the NorthStar team.
Scott Trottier – Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience in estimating and project management in the commercial roofing industry. Scott’s extensive background in commercial roofing adds large value to the estimating and project management team.
Tom Roche – Project Manager with over 30 years’ experience in managing various size projects. Tom’s experience as a superintendent for general contractors brings immense value when coordinating renovations and new construction projects related to roofing.
Corey Dandy – Assistant Project Manager playing a key role in the new generation of roofing. Corey brings new ideas and technology to the estimating and project management department.
Fred Muldoon – Operations Manager with over 25 years’ experience in operations and project management. Fred manages and oversees all production crews.
Danny Nieves – Sheet Metal Manager with over 20 years’ experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation. Danny leads our metal department for all sheet metal installations.
Tom Dalton – Safety Officer with over 26 years as a Corrections and Police Officer in the New Hampshire area, as well as a reserve Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer. Tom brings extensive experience in creating and leading Safety training.
John Nazzaro – Service Manager with over 30 years’ experience in the roofing industry. John runs numerous service crews offering 24-7 emergency response.
