Todd Rotti – Vice President with 30 years experience in project management and estimating in the commercial building industry.
Ryan Dill - Sr. Project Manager with experience in estimating and a degree in Construction Management, playing a key role in the new generation of roofing.
Tom Roche - Project Manager with over 30 years of experience in managing various size construction projects.
Scott Trottier - Project Manager with 20 years’ experience in estimating and managing construction projects.
Fred Muldoon – Operations Manager with over 25 years experience in operations and project management oversees the management of NorthStar's crews.
Ralph Caisse - Sr. Safety Officer with over 35 years of education design & delivery, oversees our entire safety program design and implementation.
Tom Dalton - Safety Officer with over 26 years as a Corrections and Police Officer in the New Hampshire area, as well as a reserve Navy Sr. Chief Petty Officer. Tom brings extensive experience in creating and leading Safety training. Tom leads our Safety training, inspections and weekly meetings.
John Nazzaro – Service Manager with over 30 years experience runs 6 two-man crews offering 24-7 emergency response. NorthStar Service Crews have a proven track record in leak investigation and repairs for all types of roofs.
About NorthStar
Our philosophy is to take control of a roofing project from its inception through to the completion, and handle all aspects of the project in house. This hands on approach allows us to effectively control the quality of the installation and the products used as well as the cost of the project, therefore resulting in a superior cost effective solution for a customer's roofing needs.
